Response is OpenAI-compatible: choices[0].message.content and usage.

Set "stream": true for SSE chunks, ending with data: [DONE].

Errors

401 — missing or invalid key
403 — key revoked or account not verified
429 — rate limit (default 60 requests / minute / key)

Unverified accounts cannot call the API. An admin must approve them first.
